  I pulled into the Drive Thru Tuesday (4/21/26 11:00 pm) night and unfortunately I did not receive my usual courtious service, the young man was quite rude... because I was confused with Taco Bell's updated menu...after telling me" I needed to pay attention before ordering"...I politely said goodnight and drove off without ordering anything. I DON'T NEED ANYONE TELLING ME I NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO ANYTHING, I'm not in elementary school...if anything, before a customer orders, simply tell the Menu has changed or updated

  I went today and ordered 2 crispy beef tacos via the drive thru. I get on the highway only to find 2 bean tacos- disgusting. No one would answer the phone for an hour for me to discuss my issue- I wanted a refund. I will dispute it with my bank. Stay away!
