They also had a backup plan. But I decided to experiment and ordered online. They did receive the order. My food was Panera quality. I will say I don't eat it often but I had a gift card and tried a new sandwich. I wasn't disappointed with that aspect.

I got to pick up at the window and I check the bag right there without moving. No brownie. So I politely told the lady that placed the bag up there that I had ordered a brownie as well. She turns and speaks to another woman. Who responded " did u check the bag cause ppl lie" I say nothing and just placed it back on the counter. They both look and realized it wasn't in the bag after getting my order corrected I gave it away to guy asking for changing in the parking lot. Haven't been back since
