I’ve had to double-check my bag every time, and more often than not, something’s missing or incorrect. I requested specific items, but my order was not prepared correctly. I ordered a 10-piece nugget (which arrived cold) with two barbecue sauces, one cheeseburger with Mac sauce, and two double cheeseburgers with Mac sauce. Instead of adding the sauce to the burgers, they gave it to me in a separate container to scoop myself. My large and small fries were both burnt and cold, and my large caramel frappe (ordered without whipped cream) was poorly made. On top of that, there was no one at the counter taking orders or communicating with customers. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses these issues.
