The staff is consistently rude and impatient, making interactions unpleasant. They rarely get customizations right — no matter how clearly you ask, your order often comes out wrong. For example, I asked for less ice in my drink, and it was still packed with ice. I later learned that the manager supposedly instructs staff to charge extra for no ice, which seems unreasonable. Today, I ordered an iced caramel latte, and what I got looked and tasted like plain milk — no color, no coffee, nothing. When I ask for coffee to be added they insisted on charging extra instead of being understanding. So I asked for my money back. After all these years of being a loyal customer, it’s frustrating to see things change for the worse. It’s simply not worth coming here anymore. You’re better off driving a bit further to a different location with better service and consistency.
