  Don't go after 1000pm at night thru the drive thru. After waiting for 10 minutes the woman at the drive thru asked what I wanted as if she was in a great hurray. She had the attitude that showed me she could care less about customers. Maybe she needs to work someplace else. It's obvious ownership does care as they dont respond. Time to notify corporate headquarters.

  Don’t go here at night. You’ll wait at the microphone for 7 mins just for someone to even respond. It always happens when the dark skinned girl is there. She is absolutely miserable every time I go. She needs to either get a job she actually wants or needs to be fired. No one wants to go to get food and be given attitude the entire time. She gives attitude when ur ordering as if she doesn’t want the business and she basically throws the order at you at the window. This place needs to get better workers. Ones that actually have good customer service. This review is by someone who does CUSTOMER service

  This location sold down on service. Use to be quick. But need patience if you in mood for Wendy's food.

  I ordered baconator fries. Unbeknownst to me they were out of the cheese sauce. Instead of just sending it through. The team lead let me know and gave me the option to switch the item out. I opted for a refund instead of a substitution. I could see that they were busy with the drive through so I was very pleased that they were accommodating despite being busy. 10/10 would go again.

  After a 25+ minute wait, I got my food. I had a chicken sandwich, and it was obvious from the first bite it wasn't cooked. I see others have made the same complaint at this location. Save your money. Do not order chicken here.
