I understand they may be short staffed and I was polite when asking. There was no need for me to be snapped at. I do not recommend coming to this location until they get better staffing.

We waited 20m in the drive through and when it was our turn the woman asked us to wait a moment. We waited for another 20m and we saw the person in front of us drive away. We wait another 10m, nothing. So we just drove away. Huge waste of time. We were also not the only people there and upset. We would have drove away earlier but we were stuck in a line up. And by the time it was our turn we thought “well we waited this long.” Please either hire more staff or reassess management.

I waited 10 minuets before pulling up to the window and he never once come over to talk to me just say you can’t serve right now or turn the lights off outside! After working all day I wanted something quick to eat but apparently that was too hard for your employees with about 10 cars waiting to be served pitiful service owner needs to hire more employees
