  Three seperate occasions, at three different times and somehow each time the place known for burgers and shakes, they are always out of ice cream for shakes.

  Waited 40 minutes for a mobile order just for some guy to come out and tell us the order was ready but we had to go to the window to pick it up. Literally came all the way out to tell us but couldn’t bring the food with him? Can’t review the food because we drove to the window, waited longer, and no one came to the window so we drove away. Horrible service. Everyone here including management needs to be fired

  The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. You can literally see people sitting on their phone inside who should probably be working but instead, your order is 20 minutes late. Figure yourselves out and get some employees with better attitudes. Maybe they’ll work faster.
