I ordered a turkey cheddar with extra tomato and basil with basil pesto spread. I had two tomatoes on the sandwich, the basil was chopped finely in the center of the sandwich which I never encountered at any location and the basil pesto spread was non existent. I also ordered a chicken cranberry walnut sandwich which I tried to eat for lunch today. This is where I was APPALLED. After today midway through I bit into what I thought was a stem of lettuce, turns out it was a piece of plastic/rubber! This is SO UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE FOR ANY CONSUMER! I don't care how busy you are, have your employees take the time to typical follow food safe protocol. Needless to say I will never return to this location

It was definitely not worth $11.50. It was majorly disappointing for a repeat customer. It may be time to find a new lunch venue.

I asked for ketchup for my sons kids meal at the pickup counter (the caddies were empty) and this extremely rude girl, who was wearing an AGM shirt I might add, said she was sorry but she couldn't help me right now. The restaurant was not busy at this time, it was almost 2pm. I went to the front counter and asked employee Stephanie for help and she kindly handed me some ketchup and restocked the caddies that were missing condiments. She was so sweet and attentive, the 4 stars are solely because of her. Thank you Stephanie!
