A few women employees were singing loudly. A few were yelling at times as well. We were there approximately 30mins. No hand soap in the women's room.

The AI voice they used in the drive thru was friendlier than the staff. When I had to come back in to get my order corrected the lady on the cash register seemed annoyed and lacked good customer service.

- TCTandy CreativeNov 7, 20251.0This place is a joke. Stood at the register for 5-10 minutes without a single employee helping us. My son wanted a happy meal but the kiosks were all turned off. So you had to interact with the staff that just made eye contact and then ignored us. Including a woman who literally walked up to the register in front of me, rang something up, then walked back to the kitchen without a word a care that we were there to buy something. I don’t normally leave reviews because I think it’s a waste of time but this was straight up insulting. I know these places are franchises so maybe someone that owns this place will take pride in ownership and remind these people who pays the bills. Your customer.
