Now, over the last couple years it has proven time and time again that the newest owner and their staff only desire to reduce customer satisfaction to whatever abysmal levels they think they can get away with. The Philly steak sandwich used to actually have meat inside when you ordered it. Now there isn't even a SINGLE LAYER! They space it out and strategically fill the gaps with the cheese and veggies! Every. Single. Time. They are now Skimpy on everything. Even if you order extra of a pizza topping, they'll do their best to make sure you get less than the bare minimum of the ingredients that should be portioned for the items you order. Just another long running Latham business bites the dust with their quality of customer service.

When I got there I had to wait an extra 15 minutes which is fine but the workers seemed very unorganized. Grabbed my pizza after the wait, got home, the pizza was dry, barely had any sauce and no extra cheese.
