  I just left the 24 hr Duncan Donuts in Latham where I go at least 3x a day. Keri/Kerry not sure how she spells her name, is the rudest, most unprofessional, miserable human being I have ever met ecery single time I encounter her. Be it cold or hot I get my coffee the exact same way; half/caff with 5 pumps of caramel swirl, 1 pump of butter pecan swirl, and 4 cream. It never fails whenever, whe she is their she is very rude, the cofee is luke warm and she doen't make my coffee right. Well it was know different when I ecountered her this morning only this time she was a little extra. When I told her the coffeee was luke warm she took the cup. I looked away for a second or two only to see her coming from thhe back with the cup. She goes to the front and begins to make the coffee over, I saw the order sticker on it, so I asked her if that was the same cup and she nodded yes. Never I have ever seen and DD employee take a coffee back that was made wrong go to the back to pour out the coffee and the remake it in the same cup. They always pour it out and throw the cup away. I drive off because I did not what to have a confrontation with her. I took a good sip of that coffee as I drove off and it tasted horrible and there was immediate after taste that was strong. With in 2mins I was feeling nauseous and funny. I don't know what's going on in her life and I will pray for her, but she DOES NOT need to work anywhere where she has to deak with the public or food. Again, this is every single timw I have encountered her she is rude, dismissive, unprofessional and does not care about how shw handles or makes the customers food/drinks. The owner should start sending people there whenever she is working and or watch the camera footage, because her behavior, lack of concern for the consumer, carelessness and unprofessionalism is diabolical to that DD.

  I only come here when it’s too early for other Dunkin’s to be open, but every time I come here the workers are rude and mess up my order. Today was 2 bacon avocado toasts. Both missing the bacon and neither were toasted. I get working overnights is rough, I work overnights too, but if you’re gonna be rude to customers at least be good at your job. Not coming here anymore, I’ll just wait the extra hour from now on.

  Please turn online order. Expect to pick it up within 30 seconds when there got stuck in a line for 40 minutes. I would suggest if you in a hurry do not come to this place service sucks management sucks. You can’t have one person work overnight and when it comes early in the morning, there is no help. I give this place a one star for everything because waiting 20 minutes just to pick up a cup of tea and you can’t even cancel your order when you’re in the line or you can’t leave the line. It’s just very frustrating these days. Dunkin’ Donuts don’t even have good customer service so I will stay away from this place.
