  It’s 10:50am. My order is supposed to be ready. Doors open at 10:45, but they are locked. No attempt to address the people gathering outside. This place is a complete joke. As a manager of restaurants, I can’t stand to see such crappy performance, service and quality of production. Hire and train better people, find new management, or just close. You’re ruining a brand. If there’s any manager at all, please respond.

  Latham store 4/21/26 2:45 two females working the line. Order a burrito and she starts to put chicken in it without even asking when I wanted steak. Added 4 items by the time it got wrapped it was about half the size the normally are?? Check out female came across with an attitude?? You’re scrapping the bottom with help!!!

  I just went to this chipotle and got a pickup order. The people were so unfriendly which made it awkward to talk to them about my order. The order was late and by the time it was ready I just wanted to get out of there. I get home only to realize my ENTIRE order is incorrect. My both entrees had ingredients that I did not want in them, I had items missing, and I’m so disappointed.

  I dnt usually review places but if I could give zero I would. I went to the Latham NY location the customer service was beyond pitiful my son was getting tacos and I was having a bowl. Since he never has been there he turned to ask me what something was and they literally put a cap on his tacos and put it in a bag. He said wow mom I wasn’t even done. They immediately started my bowl I said do you want me to tell them to take it back out so u can add stuff he said no .. in that 2 second pause they then boxed my stuff also I didn’t get the opportunity to put any condiments in my bowl and in the bag in went. Needless to say I walked out and left the food there .. how completely RUDE. I will never go back to chipotle. Your employees need a training on customer service!

  Thought the reviews were exaggerated, nope, they are actually that bad. Do not order online, they cannot do simple orders. Ordered a burrito and a bowl? How hard is that? The label even says BURRITO, while the other says BOWL, how many employees does it take to read a label and catch such a simple mistake. Overall if you go, make sure to go in person and watch them make your order, otherwise it seems like they dont care and will just make whatever, however they feel like without reading your order.
