    Rude guy taking the order very unprofessional but I saw the Asian guy working there also but more professional about his job. The rude guy almost ruined my appetite I do not recommend this particular store/location

    I get the same mobile order of coffee from this place frequently but every time the coffee tastes different. I just hit reorder, I don’t alter my order at all. Every time there’s a different amount of sugar and milk in the cup, like, a significant difference. No matter what amount you select in app, as I’ve since tested, you’re just going to get as much as the person making it decides that days. Mobile orders also take forever even when no customers are in the store, I’ve waited almost 10 minutes before for my order to be ready with only 2 other customers waiting, only for them to eventually tell me they didn’t have one of my items in stock, which was the entire reason I was told to wait when I first showed up. I’ve stood at the mobile order kiosk waiting for a drink for multiple minutes while three workers behind the register talked amongst each other and never even look over to see someone is waiting for a drink no one has started making. The only proper workers in the entire place are one of the managers and this very nice lady who makes the sandwiches in the morning
