  The other night I took my three kids out for frozen yogurt at 16 Handles, a place we visit often and genuinely enjoy. After we walked in, got our yogurt, and sat down, I noticed that the music playing over the speakers at a fairly loud volume was Bad Bunny. In my opinion, that kind of music can be inappropriate and even offensive, especially in what I consider to be a family-friendly environment. After that song, two more Spanish songs played. That also surprised me, given that we live in the United States and I generally expect English music in most public establishments. Today I called the store to politely share my concerns with a manager. I spoke with Julieta, who told me that the owner allows the staff to play whatever music they want and that they would not change their music choices just because one person called to complain. She said they can play whatever they like. I understand that businesses have discretion over their atmosphere, but I was disappointed by the response. I wasn’t expecting them to overhaul everything because of my call, but I did expect a more thoughtful or considerate response from the manager on duty. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I had to share my experience because of her immature and cavalier response. I will no longer be spending my money in this establishment unless I wanted a Don Coqui type environment! Someone needs a better training in customer service!

  Great place for froyo. Love the fact that I can order any of the toppings separatared, without cross contamination, which is perfect for my family, we have several nuts and dairy allergies and can't risk it.

  Went in to the store earlier today with my son. An employee (who I believe to be the owner) welcomed us in and even offered samples before we made our selection. The store was clean and neat. The frozen yogurt was amazing and there were so many toppings to choose from! We will definitely be back. Thanks for your hospitality.

  The atmosphere was inviting, with a delightful blend of soothing music and warm lighting that created a relaxing ambiance. The frozen yogurt was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and served at the perfect texture. The employees were polite. Both the seating area and the bathrooms were impeccably clean, reflecting a strong attention to hygiene and customer comfort. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for more of their delicious treats!
