  I wanted to try this place so bad due to the reviews but when I got there it wasn’t great. The hot chocolate was warm, my food was cold and to top it off I ordered my salsa on the side and I guess that wasn’t ok per the chef because he decided to voice his opinion about it and everyone plus myself heard it. His comment was “why order this dish if you want the salsa on the side” it just wasn’t professional at all whatsoever.

  Was the worst barbecue I ever had in my life. Period. Everything was tough and terrible. I don't know what to say. There's no way I should have had to pay for that. Unacceptable. Do better. Waaaay better.

  Waitstaff were excellent - polite, fast, and checked in often. This place will be a go-to spot for me. It is reasonably priced, and they deliver a tasty, reliable, quality breakfast. The physical space was a bit small, but clean, functional, and cozy enough. If you have a larger party, or it's busier, this could come into play. Good late 90's early 00's country playlist was solid. The food was very good, standard, diner breakfast fare. Everything was cooked well, especially the hash browns which were the perfect blend of crispy and creamy. Eggs were cooked to the requested level of doneness. The biscuit was fluffy and tasty. My one small critique is the Italian sausage they use for breakfast. You will never see that below the Mason-Dixon 😂. I think thats also why the sausage gravy was a little flat and missing that salty, sage, and smokey flavor of a true breakfast sausage. Didn't take away much from the overall experience, though I will be switching to bacon.

  Idk what’s good about this place… Gave a bunch of stuff a try as was first visit. To start we were seated and then prolly 3-5 mins later another table was seated. They had drinks and a server before us. We ordered two waters and a coffee only got 1 water and coffee. Coffee was horrible and watered down. Next food. Ordered a bowl of Cajun gumbo, looked good was 80% celery and first bite was cold!!! Not even luke warm 🤮… then a sticky bun. Idk who taught the cook on how to make sticky buns but that was anything but that! Literally a roll drenched in maple syrup and nuts. No glaze of any type no cinnamon. Tasted like straight dough and nuts. I ordered the smoking skillet and wife got a reg breakfast with a pancake. My skillet was average at best? They put cold shredded cheese all over it and didn’t melt it. Her bacon was chewy and the pancakes were just ok. Nothing to be desired here, we would go to Dennys over this place. It’s also small and cramped and it’s just a run down old place..
