I decided to call the store and also do another DoorDash to see if they could slip my chips into my new order. However when I called, the guy on the phone kept trying to talk over me, and when I tried to explain what I wanted to do so that I still got my chips in the end, with the new food I ordered, he just made me feel like a burden. I honestly feel so bad now that I feel like a burden. And think something needs to be done with customer service. I am a fast food worker too, I’m a manager too, I know how busy it can get on holidays. But not even I would treat a customer who is one, trying to inform them, and two offering a solution, like that. I didn’t catch the guys name, but he answered the phone around 4:35-4:50pm.
