I got to taco bell and ordered my food and when it came out, it’s not what i asked for; i asked for a burrito with no tomato’s and i got tomato’s all over it and our order was twisted all around, everything was wrong somehow and we had to go back and ask for the drinks we actually ordered. they’re really slow, the environment was really disgusting, not cleaned down what so ever and we had to clean the table ourselves. i’m really disappointed. i'm never going to make a trip here again. this place was an okay establishment before but something has changed here and it’s for the worse. the workers were in the back blasting music with swear words while there were multiple kids here and every time someone looked back there they were doing nothing. i’ve also had to get a refund for a food item and they refused to give it to me when i came back another time.
