We are seasoned Chipotle customers to say the least, we have been to this location 6 times since they opened and have had nothing but the best experiences possible! Every employee has been great to interact with, the food has been perfect and even when it is very busy they move the customers through quickly. I can see from the other reviews that some people have had less than perfect experiences but you really have to take into consideration the fact that they have only been open for three weeks and it has been unbelievably busy this entire time.

I placed a pickup order for 4 meals.
Worst Chipotle experience in my life! I had ordered 4 meals- paid $65 dollars- didn’t get our money’s worth of food.
We had a lot of MISSING items: we paid for 2 chimichuri’s- didn’t get any, didn’t get any chips and queso, didn’t get corn salsa, and steak!!
One of the orders had Barbacoa and Steak, they forgot to put the steak in it. The quesadilla had very little cheese and the meat was tough and cold.
It was a pickup order. The bag was ripped open. The stickers at the top of the bag were torn open.
The food didn’t taste good. The Carna Asada and Barbacoa was cold and tough, tasted like raw hide.
We placed our order 2 hours ahead of time and they still couldn’t prepare chips, queso, corn salsa and steaks for us.
That was a terrible experience. The food was cold, most of the items were missing and the bag was ripped open which is concerning.
A group of us from work ordered this evening (1/09/2026 and the food was "sub-par" and that's being polite, 1/2 the food ordered was out of stock, meat was like rawhide, No pride in presentation as orders were missing ordered ingredients , paid for at full price and food was cold and no queso, no chips?? Ridiculous to say the least, No way was it remotely worth the high prices, It ruined all of our lunch breaks, $64.53 for literal trash remnants, retraining of employee's is needed, the worst experience ever for a national chain coming to this area.

Food was great, customer service is amazing and restaurant is clean even for how much service they get there . A lot of 1 stars coming from people because they had long wait times or the restaurant ran out of something , not realizing this place JUST opened and from the day they opened they were SLAMMED . It’s common sense to realize it’s not the restaurant or the employees fault that you have to wait over an hour for food when there are literally a hundred orders ahead of you . It’s a chain restaurant so the food is like every other chipotle but for how well these employees handle themselves with only little training and how well the restaurant is holding up for the amount of people crashing in here , I give it a 5 star .
I want to leave a positive and reassuring review. New businesses opening in an area is never easy, especially at the beginning, and it’s clear the staff here is showing up every day and doing their best—even while dealing with a lot of unnecessary negativity. That can’t be easy, and it deserves recognition.
Yes, there’s always room for improvement and lessons to be learned with any new location, but that’s part of the process. If we truly want new businesses, new experiences, and growth in our community, we should be welcoming them with open arms rather than tearing them down with negative reviews.
I appreciate the effort, the attitude of the staff, and the fact that this location is here at all. Looking forward to seeing it continue to improve and succeed.
