Burrito was complete slop, didn’t spread anything out. they let my bowl sit out for 10 minutes while they were cutting the chicken cause they ran out but I didnt want to ask for fresh rice and beans because The lady that was doing the bowls and burritos was sooo rude and unprofessional , throwing utensils and containers all over and was mad that she had to do her job. Will never come back here again.

I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I stood in line waiting to order chips and guacamole. When it became my turn, I was informed by a young man that someone could grab it for me from the register. I stood there for a good five minutes before walking out, with employees walking by and not even acknowledging me. It is clear that your franchise needs to improve its customer service training for employees.

UPDATED: I decided to give this location 1 more chance after a previous bad experience. I placed my order online through the website, and arrived promptly at my selected time. 15 minutes go by and still no order. I kindly asked the cashier about my order and was told to continue waiting. another 5 minutes and I kindly asked again because its now 20 minutes after my selected time. I was told by the take out person that doordash orders were running 5 minutes late and I kindly told her that I didn't order doordash and it was way past 5 minutes late. Another 5-6 minutes, now 26 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and another patron waiting told me to talk to the guy in the glasses who was a manager. He looked for my order and low and behold it had been ready the whole time but was placed on the rack for ChipotLane. When my order was handed to me the ticket on the front clearly said PICK UP AT RACK but was not put there nor did anyone put in a minimal amount of effort to look for it. My order was cold at this point and the cardboard tray it was in was starting to fall apart from the wet items (beans and salsa). During this ordeal I attempted to use the Chipotle AI customer service portal and after inputting my order, pulling up the correct order to confirm, I was told it couldn't be tracked and the ticket was closed. After this second order disaster, I contacted Chipotle customer service line and provided them with the above stated information. I had hoped for a partial refund or to have my order remade on another date. Instead I was offered free chips and queso as recompense for systematic failures to deliver my order on time and to the right rack, and for the lack of customer service to even look for my order that was on a rack in front of them. I was furious. I will never return to ANY Chipotle location. You have permanently lost my business and I recommend to ANYONE READING THIS to go elsewhere.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: I placed an online order 30 minutes ahead of time, knowing exactly when I would be arriving. I arrived on time to pick up my order but it was nowhere to be seen. I waited in line to check my order and have it made by the walk-up area employees. I was told they couldn't do that and would have to wait for the take out people to make it. Twenty minutes later it still wasn't ready and the walk-up area employees are standing around wiping a steam table waiting for a customer to take care of. I walk up to the register to ask for a refund as I had other things I needed to do in town and I had wrongly assumed a 30 minute lead time (now up to 50 minutes lead time) was enough to pick up fast food. The cashier, a tall female with way too much eye liner and a bad attitude told me that I had to call a number. I asked to speak to a manager about the order and was promptly told she wouldn't speak to me about a refund. I was livid that a manager wouldn't even talk to me about my order. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Staff looks miserable and are rude. Poorly trained. Management is even ruder and incompetent as well. Food is hit and miss. It comes cold most of the time and look out for the attitude if you ask for it to be remade. Think I'll avoid this place. So much for having a good Mexican food restaurant around here.
