Had difficulty finding a place to book a PCR (that wasn’t crazy expensive) to cross the border. Everyone (pharmacy and general staff) were super helpful in providing me information. When I came for my test, the FedEx man had already left. Loretta had ensured us that she would call the man back so that he would get our PCR tests to make sure they would pass the 72 hour window. I’m so thankful for Loretta, and additionally Kimberly for their customer service.
