  Unbelievably quick service. There was a big line and the women serving ice cream were so quick and friendly! Large portions and tasted great. I thought the size for the money was on point. Thank you!

  We stopped at Ben & Jerry's after a morning hiking as it gave us a chance to cool off and enjoy an ice cream. The ice cream waffle cones were great. Fresh and crispy cones and the ice cream seemed a little special (maybe because we were on vacation). What we didn't enjoy was that part of the tiled floor leading to the restroom had recently been mopped but there was no indication that it had happened. Consequently, my wife was unaware of the slippery floor when she walked down the slope to the restroom. She slipped and ended up on her back. No significant injury but a painful wrist and sore back. When I pointed out to the server that a wet floor with no signage was a hazard, she said "yes, be careful". No care, responsibility or accountability, she just wanted to know what ice cream we wanted. Not happy! Lift your game B & J; it's not that hard to put up a 'wet floor sign' especially on a sloping tiled floor.

  Why would you ever come here if there’s a great creamery called Emma’s 2 mins up town. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
