I then asked the Albany location a week later when they stopped doing the free scoop promotion, and the man working told me they didn’t not stop doing that, and it should not vary between stores.

Came in for an ice cream on my birthday three young ladies were working two of which were sitting on the counter on there phone didn’t get acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. She threw the ice cream in my face because i asked her if she could re scoop it because she left it sitting on the counter melting for at least 10-12 minutes before she could let me cash out. Ended up leaving it there. Horrible place.
