I was surprised seeing all the positive reviews saying how pleasant they were because the ones working when I came in were pretty rude/cold. I worked customer service and understand how annoying customers can be, but me and my friends did nothing wrong and were still friendly despite their attitudes toward us. Wasn’t even busy at the time. Don’t get a job dealing with people if you can’t treat them with basic politeness 😒.

I’ve never had a Dunkin in Dutchess County offer one before. Thanks for giving him the first of many! We’ll definitely be back.
