When I asked for a replacement cup the young lady explained that it must be hot because the cup was warm!?!?! She would not prepare a hot cup. I tried to go in during the wait and found no one to talk with at the counter. The service was less than a zero.

But this is the slowest food I have ever experienced. Slower than chipotle even slower than Applebee’s. The inside of the store is filthy. The place where you get your drinks is covered with straws and liquid. There is a single register working on the inside with a cashier, so spaced out that I thought about calling for some Narcan. And on the outside as you can see in the picture below cars stretch throughout the parking lot and the average serve time seems to be 5 to 10 minutes. The manager who runs this store should be fired or if this is just the way McDonald’s operates then I will never be back.
