- HRHonest ReviewsApr 5, 20261.0When this Taco Bell on Ridge Road in Lackawanna first opened, it was great. The food was fresh, and the customer service was on point. Unfortunately, that has completely changed. Now the food quality has dropped significantly. The nacho fries are consistently undercooked, and when I asked them to make sure they were cooked properly, I was told they only prepare them one way … which clearly isn’t working. On top of that, the customer service has gone downhill. Overall, the experience is disappointing compared to how it started. I would not recommend this location.
