  Delicious staple of wny been going to these ice cream shops since I was a younger child had a strawberry milk shake delicious with fresh strawberries

  I live in between the Hamburg location and the Lackawanna. I like the Lackawanna location better so all summer last year this was my go to at least a couple times a week VIP member for sure. I decided to go for the first time of the year tonight with my daughter who we've been sick for a week and ice cream sounded good. We arrived at 9:20pm and they are open until 10 we sat in line for 15 minutes which is no problem. Finally we get to the window about 9:35 ish and a Mariah or Moriah (employee) informed us cones and sundae's only. My daughter and I had no choice but to leave empty handed because nobody goes to DQ for a cone or sundae. I didn't think about it at first but on the way home I wondered why so I called and same employee told me because they were closing soon which says to me pure laziness and yeah I get it 10 minutes before close ok but there was still 25 minutes until close after we waited 15 minutes in line so needless to say that will be the last time we go there

  I've been enjoying the frozen delights of this DQ location since I was a teenager. That was a long time ago! I've always had great service and a reason to come back.
