Instead I received what I can only describe as a cry for help: a Filet-O-Fish and a single sad apple pie. I have never ordered a Filet-O-Fish in my life. Not once. Not even by accident. I don’t even make eye contact with the Filet-O-Fish on the menu. After 12 hours of work, I wasn’t looking for surprises. I was looking for emotional stability in nugget form.
