- KSKim StegnerApr 27, 20245.0I was at a concert at UPAC. We decided to have a beer afterwards. Stopped on here and the older gentleman behind the bar was kind and gracious. We chatted with locals who lived close by and found them to be so kind and friendly. After having an 8 dollar very warm beer at the concert hall it was refreshing to have an ice cold beer. If I'm ever in Kingston again I will definitely go back.
