The aisle signs specify what the aisle contains, yet a customer still is unable to find what one wants. The product shelves are cluttered, especially on the first two shelves from floor . The upper shelves are neat, yet the bottom shelves are cluttered and a customer generally has to crouch down to see items because the items are pushed back deep in the shelves.
