The employees were screeching with each other and not one thought to come out from behind the counter with a rag and broom. Only 2 customers in the whole place so they were not swamped with work. It makes you wonder if the franchise has no cleanliness standards, or the owner, or the manager but a good rule of thumb to follow is if it's filthy in front of your face can you imagine what it's like in the back? Gross!

Every morning, I have to constantly remind the staff to read my order that I placed on the mobile app because something is always missing. It’s very irritating when you’re in a rush in the morning to constantly having the workers fix your order.
