  So we went to BWW sat. 04/25/26, drove 35 minutes to get there cause the family and I wanted wings(3 of us total) we arrived and the hostess had a hard time locating a table for us & said we could sit at the bar there were 3 seats available, so we decided to deal with that and headed to the bar, and there were only 2 seats available, on our way to the bar we saw 5 tables that were empty. I pointed them out to my wife. We got back up front and informed the hostess there were not enough seats for us at the bar. Again, she looked around and then had a discussion with another lady and said we would have to wait for a table. So naturally we asked how long, we were told 20-30 minutes. I proceeded to ask what was wrong with the 5 open tables scattered throughout the dining area, why can’t we sit at one of those, and proceeded to point out there exact locations. The hostess informed us we couldn’t sit there because a large group had just came in before us and the waitresses handling the group were too busy to handle us, but we were more than welcome to wait 20-30 minutes. At that point, I informed my family we will go somewhere else where people actually don’t mind doing their job and we left. I understand they were busy, but i have my degree in culinary arts and restaurant management, you never turn away a customer unless absolutely necessary. In this case the hostess should have advised us that due to the large group service maybe slower than usual & seated us at 1 of those empty tables. So they have lost our business at this restaurant. We ended up going to 99 Restaurant and I had the gold fever wings which i highly recommend. They are very tender and the sauce is flavorful.

  Waited 40 minutes for our food to come out and when it did, it was cold and not complete. Had to wait some more to reheat what was cold and to bring out rest of order. When I asked the waitress for a cup of coffee, she made a face and said I have to brew a fresh pot. She wasn't happy so I had water. I will never go back..

  Always enjoy my time there. 1 person that always stands out is Taia at the togo area. She is incredibly helpful and and always very pleasant to deal with. She is a great employee that makes you want to come back
