  The Spanish worker is very unfriendly with piercings on his face, gross for a food establishment. He has 0 pepple skills, very impatient. I hope because of him this dunkin shuts down due to loss of business. I took my 4 kids to get ice cream and he was so mean! They're 2, 4, 6, & 10! He rolled his eyes and walked away when my 6 year old asked to try a flavor. He was annoyed my 10 year old asked for toppings and sucked his teeth at her. His whole demeanor killed a family fun night. Never in my 45 years have I experienced this.

  This Dunkin’ is always reliable, and a big part of that is thanks to Zack and Miguel. They’re great at what they do. Friendly, quick, and they always seem to remember my order, which makes the morning rush so much easier. My drink is always made fast and correctly, and the place is consistently clean and well-run. You can tell these two really keep things moving and help the store run smoothly. Overall, solid Dunkin’ location with great workers who deserve the shoutout.

  There was a time I could go into a baskin robbins and get vanilla Ice cream sandwiches whenever I wanted them. Apparently, I must have to special order them, because i've been in this store three times in nine days and all there are are pistachio. I have asked once and checked two other times without asking.

  ZERO!!!!! Nasty crew. I've been there today around 430pm and the guy who got my order was so nasty.....The coffee was horrible. Im sure he mixed w hot water....Never again!!!

  This one particular individual that works there and has been there ever since I started going to this location must really hate his job. I had an unpleasant encounter with him two times. Anyone reading this, be aware, once you have placed your order, DO NOT and I mean DO NOT request for any add ons while offering to pay for those add ons because you will get told NO or you will get told “I already asked you” (which means, you’re not allowed to ask for ANYTHING else once you have already placed your order. Your not allowed to change your mind while he’s literally standing there with an empty cup and hasn’t even started making my drink yet but refuses to accept my request to change it up a bit WHILE I told him I’m willing to pay for the add ons. Again, this conversation took place literally with him holding an empty cup and about to go make my drink) instead of spending 2 seconds on an additional transaction, the employee is going to stand there and start a debate on why he can’t accommodate your request which takes more time and energy. Both times I left without my drink and no refund.
