- ORolga R2 days ago1.0I’m really disappointed with my experience. I received the wrong order, and when I called to have it fixed, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. After that, no one picked up the phone at all. The customer service was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I order from here often, which makes this even more disappointing. It’s a shame to see such poor service from a place I’ve supported regularly. I will not be ordering from here again, and I’m requesting a refund.

- ZDZhané DelkMar 3, 20261.0Please be careful. I’ve eaten from this place many times without issue before but came down with the WORST case of food poisoning after eating from here Saturday evening. I ordered two birria tacos and one shrimp tostada. I am almost certain it was the shrimp tostada that was the culprit as I noticed it did not taste very fresh while I was eating it. I woke up violently sick Sunday morning and contacted the restaurant so they could be aware and not serve it to other customers. The manager did not refund me but offered me a gift card for the next time I came to eat there, which to me is a completely inappropriate response because obviously the last thing anyone wants to do after getting so sick from eating at an establishment is to come back and eat there again. I should have just been refunded. But I was too sick to even bother with arguing it. … It is now Tuesday and i’m just recovering and starting to feel normal. Writing this review so no one else goes through this. I highly recommend to stay away from at least the shrimp or fish here.
