  Coffee tastes more like water and that’s it. And when I asked for the tissue the employee was so rude.

  Coffee was not fresh and honestly tasted terrible. I ordered an iced caramel coffee with cream, and it tasted like watered-down coffee. Since it was close to closing, I asked the worker if they had a fresh batch prepared for the next morning and if he could use that instead. He said yes, but in a rude tone, and based on his attitude, it didn’t seem genuine. After receiving the drink, it was clear the coffee was old and not fresh at all. The worker was also quite rude throughout the interaction. I’m not expecting exceptional friendliness, but at the very least, the coffee should taste like coffee. If it’s not fresh, just say so—I wouldn’t have wasted $6. Based on this experience and similar reviews, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

  I order late, I told him make it please very hot but it was a normal water, we feel like that’s a warm milk, also plain bagels with cream cheese and jelly, who made this it was really bad, I think owner or manager never teach them on how to do this, I love Dunkin coffee because of employees but they just don’t know how to make, also the auto espresso machine made late it’s really bad taste, I feel if this happen like that, Dunkin will be close.

  Horrible service. Placed a mobile order, I get there he claimed it was ready, I of course check my bag before leaving and my munchkins were missing. I told him and he then gave me my munchkins, but there were only old fashion and 2 glazed. I told him I did not want old fashioned, then all of a sudden he wanted to verify my receipt to see if I had munchkins, gave him the receipt and asked if he could replace the munchkins for a donut instead, he refused so I asked for a refund and he claimed he couldn’t give me one. On top of that his stingy self was only willing to replace one old fashioned for the last glazed they had, and he went in my bag and removed it when obviously, I checked the bag before to see what it had in it - you don’t know if just had my hands on a bus pole then touched them and you’re gonna take it back to serve to customers? Disgusting.

  It's a fast food joint. Nothing special. Like most fast food joints, the food is terrible and the coffee OK, but if you're stuck in a pinch it's ok.
