First calling we had to repeat ourselves multiple times to make sure they got the order as they seemed to not be getting it. Then they asked for our card. Told them, no we called to place an order because we were paying cash. They told us new rule that they only do card. We told them when did this start and they said a while ago. Not true because we ordered from them before paying cash. Told them again we are paying cash as they kept asking for a card. Told them nevermind they lost our business for good.

- LTLucky TriceOct 29, 20251.0Honestly I was under the impression that this was a franchise that pride themselves on customer service I called to place an order and while I’m in the middle of placing my order I guess a customer walked in and immediately the employee ask if he could put me on hold for a second I was fine with it at first but then he comes back for second time continue to take my order then again for a second time he puts me on hold then again for a third time he proceeds so I then ask him what was so important that I had to be put on hold three times he says other customers walked in at this point I’m baffled because I was under the impression that I was also a paying customer why did I have to wait for three customers that walked in after me to get their orders after me or to be taken care of before me ? Long story short these people are ridiculous I don’t understand why their in customer service if they don’t know how to deal with customers… if I could give them a zero star I would but
