- LTLucky TriceOct 29, 20251.0Honestly I was under the impression that this was a franchise that pride themselves on customer service I called to place an order and while I’m in the middle of placing my order I guess a customer walked in and immediately the employee ask if he could put me on hold for a second I was fine with it at first but then he comes back for second time continue to take my order then again for a second time he puts me on hold then again for a third time he proceeds so I then ask him what was so important that I had to be put on hold three times he says other customers walked in at this point I’m baffled because I was under the impression that I was also a paying customer why did I have to wait for three customers that walked in after me to get their orders after me or to be taken care of before me ? Long story short these people are ridiculous I don’t understand why their in customer service if they don’t know how to deal with customers… if I could give them a zero star I would but
