The service is always slow, the food is okay, what made me write a review tonight was the fact that my rice was hard, either not cooked or stale and old. I also door dash here and the service is even slower, the other day my order was left behind the counter for about 25 minutes before someone decided to put it at the pick up station on the counter. I was there for a total of 40 minutes waiting for this dash. The parking lot is poorly plowed and not even salted, drive thru was an absolute pain. I can tell that the younger workers try to be super fast and efficient but the adults are often seen standing around laughing with each other, basically doing nothing. Sometimes you will get one employee who will apologize for the wait, and other times it’s an eye roll when they forget your drink.

I alerted the staff grabbed the food and moved on with my day. Fastward I go and grab my lunch and stop back in the bathroom and notice it’s still there. Eww.
