Absolutely horrible service. Not busy at 642 pm yet we waited 20 minutes. They forgot the happy meal which was the first item ordered. Took anther 6 minutes. Can’t figure what they were doing

Placed an online order, showed up to pick it up and was told the store was closed. All lights on, full staff there, and was even able to ‘tell me they were closed’. Hours say a different time, online ordering is still available. Honestly this location gets worse and worse over time and I’d love to speak to someone higher up that sees this review. This constant issue with these workers is becoming straight up annoying. Either hire better or close this branch.

Horrendous. I ordered a large Grinch meal with extra pickles on my Big Mac in the McD app. Waited over 20 minutes for my order in the drive-thru. At 9:30 at night the app indicated to me that pick up was ONLY allowed in the drive-thru. When I opened the box, I received a medium fry instead of a large, it was completely underfilled, and they were stale and old. My Big Mac was upside down in the box, and didn't have extra pickles. I had to get out of my car and go inside (side note: if I can go in the lobby for this issue, why aren't people allowed to pick up inside??? Anyways...)
I told the employee about the issues, and she did offer to make new fries with the correct size container and remake the big Mac, but I opted for just adding more pickles.
New fries' quality and freshness were a HUGE difference from what I was served initially. I appreciate the correction, but this should've never happened in the first place. It's absurd to me that this was a fairly basic order, and they couldn't get that right. Additionally, no napkins or ketchup were in the box. Really guys.. this location was so appalling to me I will absolutely not be back.
I sent a complaint in online, and all I got was a generic response from their customer care department (see photo). It's clear they do not care about actual customer service or retention. So don't waste your time.
On a side note, I RARELY purchase or eat fast food, and specifically went for the Grinch box. This will be my last visit to any McDonalds because of this crappy experience.

Staff is overwhelmed. I had to ask for the items that are supposed to come with my order (was missing 1 pair of Grinch socks and all of the Grinch Salt). Also no boxes for the promotion. There was no Special Sauce on my Big Mac. Here's the best part........I ordered via the app and got a free Medium Fries........they managed to put that in my bag but not the 3 orders of Medium Fries that were supposed to come with my meal. Shame on me for not checking that bag and assuming someone did their job properly. Oh and the shake machine only makes Vanilla shakes, but at least I was informed of that. Oh wait.......they also only put 8 nuggets in a 10 piece box. And you have the audacity to fight for higher wages......

came through drive through between like 615-630pm on 11/29/2025.
i waited for crazy long, food was okay even though i didnt get ANY sauces or napkins, but my issue wasnt the food. there was a young girl with long black hair at front counter bagging food and she was SCREAMING at someone to shut up and yelling at a coworker for TAKING orders? i think her coworkers called her anna or emma. she was like a little kid throwing a tantrum. She was very aggresive in her tone and honestly my kid looked like she was gonna start crying. my little kids in the car should not have to hear these teenagers freaking out and fighting, when i just came through with my family for dinner. it's extremely unprofessional and people dont want to see it or hear it.
im just taking my kids to KFC from now on because the workers there seem a lot nicer, and less likely to scare my kids.
