  Friday 4/10/2026 between 4:30 - 5:00 PM... Woman in middle food preparation line (dark hair - braid, glasses) LOUDLY cursing and complaining about people in her life, entire time preparing food. Should have been told to hold her cursing/complaints to an area public doesn't have to hear it - AFTER she left the line. There were 2 supervisors - taller one was on her cell phone continually. Shorter of 2 supervisors was consistently taking orders and courteous. There were many orders picked up for delivery - that's good for business - for owner. Waited 7 - 10 minutes for food, walked over to counter fill drink - get napkins. Top of counter was covered in trash of straw papers and spilled beverages. Also paper on floor in front of counter. Then trash and food under and on tables throughout dining area. Remains of spilled drinks and ketchup or sauce on table tops. When my # called, got food, sat down to eat - my food was cold. Didn't say anything, as I didn't want to chance anything further to be wrong. Ladies room wasn't up to standards either. Someone's dried crap on back of toilet bowl seat and inside bowl top in the larger stall with baby changing table (which had top of pink bathing suit hanging in it). Also toilet paper on floor and dried dirt shoe tracks on floor, around toilet bowl and toward door. Smaller stall had paper on floor, as well as sink counter and floor underneath. Took couple of pictures - won't try to post. Back number of years ago, there was a General Manager, Ms. Susan, who ran good stores - Main St in JC Village and then this site on Harry L Drive. She worked with her staff and displayed professionalism and business standards required to maintain quality of food and health standards of entire site. I'm leaving this for owner's critique, if they're interested in providing constructive feedback and support to their Team, in hopes that there is resolve to improve. Not interested in returning to this store.

  Workers are extremely rude. They will make snarky comments or give you dirty looks if you ask for anything. Everything is sticky. There is trash and discarded food lying everywhere in both the kitchen and the seating area. Save yourself and go to the Taco Bell up the road or Panera across the street.

  First time I've ever been to McDonald's (560 Harry L Dr, Johnson City, NY 13790) that they had NO coffee in the morning. April 5, 6:37 am quick stop while traveling no time to stop anywhere else and no coffee. All our sandwiches were cold, hash browns were cold. Wasn't even busy seen no one inside and none in drive through. Wasn't even "coffee will be a few minute wait" it was "we have no coffee" and why was the food cold? Worst McDonald's we've ever been to and we've been to some dumps that were better than this place.

  I sat in line for 30 minutes with no answer as did 4 other people they said hang on a sec then didn't answer several of our attempts in both lanes and they are open until 12 am I've never even at the slowest locations had to sit and wait to order for so long!!!!

  Poor service. Ordered on the mobile app, the driver thru was the only option for pickup bec it was right before 7am. They made us wait at the drive thru window instead of being able to tell them the order code and pull ahead. So we are on "hold" 2 new cars come in the drive thru and go into the empty ordering line and thee first car that pulled up got waited on first. Even though we waited almost 5 min in the other drive thru lane with no one else there in either lane, and had spoke to someone and was told to hold a minute. So we finally get our order at the window and we drive off. Look in the bag and they forgot a sandwich, no ketchup packet for the hash brown and the hashbrown was Luke warm.... cant easily report the issue on the app. They should have a "problem with my order" button. Called multiple times to complain about service and missed items and Nobody answered the phone, maybe bec it was skeleton crew until 7am (I called maybe 6:55am) Not impressed. Will likely not use this McDonald's again! How can they not double check an online order receipt to make sure all items are there. This place lacks accuracy, has a lack of paying attention to detail, and overall qualtiy of service......
