I have only been to this location three total times and each time I spent a minimum of 10 minutes at the drive-through window, waiting for somebody to help, regardless of how many cars are parked out front or ahead of me in line.

I ordered a #2 Big Mac and a hamburger. When I arrived at the window they said I would have to pull into a spot to wait for my order. I did not order anything made to order. When I received the order the fries were cold and stale.
