- ZAZarina Abiyeva5 days ago1.0So sad there is no Minus star, cause even one is to much for this place. Most disgusting place I’ve been. Super dry and awful burger, most expensive one btw, super dirty cafe inside, garbage everywhere on the floor and on tables. Never come back.

During that time, the associates appeared completely uninterested in their work — using their phones, and even blowing up a glove like a balloon instead of helping customers. To make matters worse, I overheard a walk-in customer being told they couldn’t use the register because the person with the key was on break. There didn’t seem to be any urgency or accountability from the team. Overall, it was horrendous service and a very disappointing experience. The associates simply did not appear to care about the customers or their responsibilities.

Food was ok, but $9 for smallest burger? Fries were not crispy, seemed slightly burnt, but soggy, and loose. Burger was brown. If I pay for an expensive burger, I want to be asked if I want it pink. I think this chain is trying to use smoke an mirrors to overcharge, I doubt they will last. Can't imagine any normal family of four eating here. Cost would be too high.

- SSSurgeJan 31, 20262.0Just a bad location. The Vestal one has been fine. This location just has employees that don't care. Order a small fries. Waited a while. Finally asked about it because it wasn't busy. They asked my order number. Then the girl goes over and grabs a printout. Then says it'll be a few minutes and starts the order! 😂 If you have plenty of time, the good here is as good as other five guys. But it'll take 3 times as long to get.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
