Every time we go here the place is a joke staff cannot figure out how to put tables together to accommodate our party then we ordered drinks which came in groups of five took about 40 minutes for us to get all of our drinks as far as the food it's cheap deep-fried and microwave food for crazy prices we ordered at the same time we got our drinks it took well over an hour to get all of our food because they would bring out two or three plates and they had no clue of who got what or where it should go they would just walk around saying burger Burger who got a burger they ended up leaving a bunch of free food at our table cuz they didn't know where it went and it was not even busy more than half of the tables were empty when asking a question about anything the staff would disappear for approximately 30 minutes at a time and when they came back most of the time they didn't have an answer several of the games we're not working when we brought it up to staff they just kind of shrugged and walked off most of the food was quite sloppy and my wife's Burger was raw

First and foremost, I would not suggest this business for my worst enemy🤦🏻‍♀️ There were a multitude of issues with our visit and it seemed like management could not care less. (With that being said the waitress/waiters were FABULOUS and cared greatly, and did an excellent job diffusing issues) Attended a birthday party event for my nephew here on 1/4/26. NEVER & I mean NEVER throw an event through Dave & Busters. & if you do READ THE FINE PRINT OF YOUR “CONTRACT”. The party host spent upwards of $600 (for the event ONLY, not extras they had to add on as well), and it included: •2hr event •12 $25 play cards for the kids (paid an extra $60 for unlimited play) •Two plates of flatbread “pizza”(this was 12 regular size square pizza slices cut in half) •A plate of fries • 12 thin sliced watermelon slices(that tasted like onion) •Two pitchers of soda This food was meant to serve 12 people😳 The receipt showed food portion of the event was around $300, SHAME on this establishment for serving 1/10 of the value you are charging people. They also tried to add an 18% gratuity for just having an “event” (we tip GOOD and DIRECTLY making sure the person that did the work and cared for our party received what they deserve and the cruddy company doesn’t) & a $75 “other” charge that could not be explained what it was for.. The contract was confusing and misleading, host checked and checked and the total of the party was to be around $400, not $600. Luckily the man that closed out our party was understanding and agreed that it was ridiculous to charge that amount for such shit services and discounted some. It would be more cost effective to do the eat and play combo, or buy the cards and food separate. Don’t throw an event because you don’t get a good value for your buck and have to deal with unnecessary fees. Other issues with our visit: Many items from the menu were not available, as they stated “the truck hasn’t delivered” but had the same problem the prior day as well according to the staff working there. I don’t mean one of two items, I mean ALL appetizers, topping for nachos/pizza such as CHICKEN, and even certain drinks because “mixes weren’t delivered” either. Some items they wanted to do up charges for substitutions, which isn’t right when you don’t have any other options..🤦🏻‍♀️ It became a sad joke that every time the waitress returned to the table she would say “I wish I were making this up but we are also out of” such and such..😂 She was in good spirits and very apologetic and honestly the best part of our experience! After many substitutions, we got food and drinks, but the waits were long & weird and we received wrong items, stale beer, wrong drinks, or adult drinks that had very little/no alcohol that should have.. After asking for many corrections and right items the party of 20+ gave it up and many left. Many spent $40-$100 each, on top of what was spent for the party and we all gave them a true try, but this establishment is just not up to par with even the most basic expectations.. The environment is very sports oriented and they have many games available and very large screens. Large bar area, but the draft beers are stale! go with bottles/cans. and mixed drinks are weak. drinks are also pricey, it was $9 for a twisted tea, $12-$16 for mixed drinks. The gaming area is cool and they have a lot to do in there, I’d say for 10years and up. It is pretty loud and crowded, but there never seemed to be a wait for seating. For our party it was 10/10 disappointing, will not be returning to spend even another dime with this establishment and would NOT recommend it for anyone else..

Game play was fun but the wait for and food itself leaves much to be desired! Waited more then 30 minutes for our food half way threw the waitress came out and informed my husband there wasn’t any fries left (but informed me that my chicken tenders had fries they ran out between mine and his) and to choose a different side for his burger showed us a menu he ordered onion rings. Waited another 15 minutes for our food just to have fries on his also(weird). Chicken tenders were on the small side and the crinkle fries I could make at home in the air fryer only I would’ve gotten them warm at home. Burger was ok but cold crinkle fries for husband also. The Coleslaw was just shredded carrots and cabbage no dressing and warmer then the fries and chicken tenders (I’m assuming bc it sat on under the heat while waiting to be served for those 15plus minutes. We didn’t have napkins and I had to ask for silverware after having our food. The only plus was the game play and while not on top of things(like napkins silverware checking our table) the waitress was nice.

Went with friends and our kids, started with the asking for a drink them not having it , no biggie order a different drink the waitress brings the wrong drink and I mean wayyy off and still charged us for it. Next ordered food half of what we asked for “wasn’t available”. Last food came out at all different time from 25 mins to over an hour later so no one really got to eat together. My child’s food was cold the minute they brought it out had to send it back to be heated up. Last right from beginning told the waitresses there would be two different checks she says the computer messed up so she cane over asked us what each had then brings us checks but still had things incorrect . I will say the arcade was great the kids had a great time and loved the experience but as far as food I wouldn’t bother.

I want to start by saying I visited this Dave & Buster’s a couple of weeks ago for an event, and that was my first visit. It made a great impression — the food, service, and environment were all excellent. Because of that experience, I was really looking forward to bringing my family here on New Year’s Day to celebrate. We were patient with about a 30-minute wait, even though there were only around 4–5 tables seated at the time. Once seated, we ordered drinks first. Unfortunately, my drink came back extremely warm, even after adding ice. Things happen, so we brushed it off. We then ordered food, and that’s where things really went downhill. My daughter ordered the kids’ pizza because she was so excited based on the picture. When it arrived, it was a saucy mess and burnt on the bottom. She couldn’t eat it and ended up just eating fries and snacking off my meal instead. Another meal was ordered with specific requests — no sauce and no onions. When it arrived, those items were on the sandwich. We told the person who brought the food out, and it was taken back to the kitchen. A few minutes later, it came back and we were told, “Oh, it’s not ranch, it’s blue cheese,” and the plate was placed back down with the sauce still on it. Since this was supposed to be a celebratory family outing, we decided to push forward instead of continuing to send food back. At that point, my food arrived — a $30 appetizer plate — and it was cold and clearly rushed. What added to the frustration was that we could see our server throughout the entire visit, yet we had to report our concerns and send food back through different staff members. We ultimately just wanted to leave. The bill for two adults and one child was $103, and it was not the way we hoped to bring in the New Year. This experience was especially disappointing because of how great my first visit was, and I was really excited to share that experience with my family. I truly hope this was just an off night, but for the price, I would expect much better quality and consistency.
