- AAAbdul AzizMar 21, 20261.0Absolute worst dunkin ever. I gave an order and all of my drinks were wrong. They didn't have hot coffee either to make a hot cappuccino. What kind of coffee shop doesn't have hot water. None of my drinks came as they were ordered and tasted absolutely atrocious as well. The service there sucks, and never have anything in stock.
- SMSteven McKennaFeb 27, 20261.0I was robbed of a dollar because I said thank you to the guy trying to re make my sandwich. I asked the guy to please make a sausage one and possibl cook it longer. As he was walking away I said thank you. Apparently he doesn't speak English when the clerk informed me of this he also said he needs to be spoken to a certain way. I said to the clerk I said thank you when I asked what else could I have done. He told me I'm getting a refund. As I was waiting he continued to speak to me and when I responde did he said he was done. It quickly became a name calling match he then only returned 4.09 on a 5.39 sandwich he I listed that's all I paid I showed him the receipt he said to call corporate for my dollar. Then when I call the 800 number it answers says a greeting then disconnects. Dunki s really struggling if they need my dollar thirty so bad

Preparer made an error but clerk taking order realized that and ask us to wait as order was fixed .. great job
