This morning (Wednesday around 9:30 AM), a drive-through employee was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left a bad impression. On top of that, the iced coffee here is inconsistent and never tastes the same. At this point, I’d rather pay a little more at a local spot like Café Inn close by or Starbucks where I know I’ll always get a quality drink and friendly service.

Parking is miserable due to configuration and size of lot, access points to the road, and drive thru line logistics. Still if you need Dunkin I’d recommend drive thru experience to avoid the pain of parking.
