- JBJason BapstApr 5, 20261.0Legitimately no one was in line AT ALL, and it took me 8 minutes for them to even start taking my order, i get yknow being busy and stuff but this just seems pure lazy. Like at least lmk that itll be a bit.
- AHAlex HetrickApr 5, 20261.0Ordered a Big Arch. Was told to go around as they had to make the Big Arch. Was made to pull around and wait 15 minutes. Received bag and nice young man apologized and said they had to wait for someone to make it, and drove 2 minutes home. Opened the box and it was horrible. Smashed burger in the box, fried pieces everywhere orange sauce everywhere and no cheese. I returned to the store and after another 10 min wait, the young man from earlier met me at the windows. I explained it and he took it back in and a rather large manager who could be heard berating the other staff admitted she made it and then I heard her send him back and he asked what I want now. After hearing the manager talk bad about employees and a customer she hasn't even interacted with, I said please remake with the cheese or refund. She again began to talk bad about me in the background and then she returned with my change. The other staff Where wonderful. This manager is a cancer to your business. 4/4 approx 9 PM. Took my refund and went next door to BK.

Sure, they'll take your order, and that's where the progress ends. 15 minutes in the your car without moving. I just drove off and you probably should too.
