I literally just sat in the drive through over 30 minutes! I had a mobile order and still had to wait several minutes when I got to the speaker. That’s definitely not “fast food”. I’ll be going somewhere else on lunch from now on. This is the 3rd time I’ve wasted my lunch break in the drive through line. It’s not like there were 20 cars. There were 7! Get employees that can keep up with the pace.

Was praying and hoping my doordash order wouldn't come from this store because they're terrible. Of course it did. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit when I ordered sausage (SEC) and my burrito came with mild instead of hot picante sauce. It's all written here plainly. Smh.
EDIT: I see the response but I ordered through the McDonald's app, DoorDash can't do anything

I waited over twenty minutes for my food and then 5 minutes at the front desk without anyone acknowledging me. So I left. 2nd time it's happened to me.

Screwed up my order. Came back waited forever finally asked for refund and wasn’t even given the right amount back. So McDonald’s ripped me off of 10 bucks. Franchisee should have its franchise revoked. Fairmount location is terrible as well so no surprise.

At least a 5min+ wait at the drivethru speaker just to order the food. Then they make you pull ahead and wait more for food. Food is missing from order. Food is cold and gross. Staff are impolite and don't seem to care.
