  Music was way too loud Ordered the Esco Parrot the onion was seasoned with way too much vinegar & pepper to where you can't enjoy the food Drinks no Bueno didn't even finish either drink that was ordered

  Our waitress Vanisha is very nice and attentive. She made sure everyone was good and satisfied with the service .The food is excellent 10/10. I highly recommend this restaurant. Oh and the owner of the restaurant came and greeted us . That was nice of him !

  This was my first time going there and I went for Sunday brunch. The cornmeal porridge was a 10. The oxtail solid 9. AND they gave a decent portion of oxtail. The rice and peas was a 10. Super shelly. My hubby had grits and oxtails he gave it a 9. My sister had the jerk steak, she gave it a 6 bc it was a little bit. Now lets talk about my server. Her name was Venitia. The girl was soooo cool, friendly, efficient, down to earth, accommodating!! I will def revisit. Place was clean as well, not sure if they were playing music bc I was talking. PRICE WAS REASONABLE!!!!! My daughter who is 10 didn't enjoy, they didn't have chicken tenders n fries or much kid friendly options, so next time we will DEF leave her home :-)

  I’m extremely disappointed because I used to like this place, but this last experience completely ruined it for me. After getting off a long 10+ hour shift, I called in an order around 10:25 PM for jerk chicken Rasta pasta and was told it would take 30 minutes. I arrived around 11:05 PM, went inside, and my food still wasn’t ready. The bartender then told me it would be another 15 minutes. I paid, waited in my car, came back 20 minutes later, and was told again it would be another 10 minutes. At that point, it had been well over an hour since I placed my order. What’s the point of calling ahead if the timing is completely ignored? When I asked for a refund, instead of handling it professionally, it felt like they suddenly wanted to rush the kitchen. I had to repeatedly make it clear that I no longer wanted the food. To make matters worse, they said they could void the transaction but didn’t even have receipt paper to provide proof—just offered to “show it on the computer,” which is unacceptable. This was poorly managed from start to finish. Terrible communication, excessive wait times, and unprofessional service. It’s frustrating because I’ve been here multiple times and actually liked the food, but this experience showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. I won’t be returning.
