  This place is horrible I order from the machine because i had cash and i placed another order online with ONE burrito. I simply asked when i went to pay could u please add that burrito to the order so i wont have to bags. He then charges me with another burrito as if i didnt show him the mobile order picture with it already paid , then i told him i never said to add it to the cart add it to the bag because i already paid for the burrito online. He simply catches an attitude then says he’s gonna add it. It took us 30 mins to get our food and we missed our bus and once we go our food we didn’t have to time to check the bag cuz we had to catch the bus. The burrito from the online order was missing after he stated he added it. So i went back 4 hours later cause i was at work, and he gives me the burrito from 10 am and refuses to remake it for his mistake. I get we are supposed to check the bags before we leave but it is their responsibility to make the order is correct. This Taco Bell gets 0 starts and is one of the worst ones I’ve been to in my whole life

  They barely put anything in the tacos and chalupas. They don’t help you if you have any questions. The employees are so rude. I went out to pick up my order and they started making the food after I arrived, even though I was there AT the pickup time. I don’t even think they paid attention to my order. They were suggesting I should get a Pepsi, even though I ordered another drink. Why would I get a drink I don’t want? They didn’t even wrap the food right and liquid dripped all over me. It looks disgusting. Worst experience ever. I will never be buying from here again.

  The entire experience was unpleasant. The cashier wouldn’t allow me to use the restroom. Thought the establishment had more than 20 seatings.

  Does anyone pick up there god damn phone anymore. I called more than 5 times and NOBODY picks up there phone

  I don’t know what their issue is but they took over an hour to make one burrito. They don’t value their Uber Eats orders and sends out cold inedible food consistently.
