I have done this many times before and saw someone get their food through drive thru right before me but staff told me that they were not obligated to sell to me because I wasn’t in a car. Again, someone right before me got their food the same way so I don’t understand what was the issue for mine. I understand rules and regulations but I that needs to be for everyone, not just customers with small orders.
- AAAprilApr 2, 20261.0This McDonald’s is honestly one of the worst I’ve been to. The wait times are ridiculous. I once stood at the register for 20 minutes with other customers just waiting to place an order, while the manager ignored us and kept saying he was the only one there, even though there were clearly other employees. On top of that, the service is extremely rude. Almost every time I go, they overcharge me for my order and then have to do a refund, which takes even longer. I ended up being in there for about 40 minutes just for a basic meal. It’s also super unorganized. I’ve received food in the wrong packaging, like getting a chicken sandwich in sausage wrapping, which just shows a lack of attention to detail. This has happened multiple times, not just once. I won’t be coming back.
