  I had a very frustrating experience at the Jamaica Avenue location in Queens, NY (Restaurant #1825) While ordering at the drive-thru speaker, I ordered a large fry and shortly after asked to change it to a medium while I was still adding to my order. The employee taking my order was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying Nah, I can’t change the order, it was already put in, without offering any help or explanation. A manager eventually stepped in and fixed the order, which I appreciated, but the initial interaction was completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time issue. I’ve consistently experienced long wait times and poor customer service at this location. This visit was the final straw for me. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated here.

  Just picked up coffee. They made it exactly how I asked for. The manager, she’s an absolute sweetheart, although her staff gets on her nerves and you can see it on her face. Overall, it’s McDonald’s what do you expect?
