The cooks in the back has no sense of urgency moving really slow. The soda machine only have limited drinks can't even get what you order. Please don't have people with no sense of urgency and customer service working FOH & BOH.

My problem is they do not take the time to ensure your order is correct. 3 out of 4 times either an item was missing or the order was wrong. I asked for cheese fries and they literally put a slice of cheese on top of the fries. You go to any other Wendy’s and they put cheese sauce on your fries. That’s not cool. Take your time. Double check the orders going out. Get cheese sauce and refill your soda machine with the refill boxes.
