- GAGenesis' AngelsDec 22, 20251.0I do not recommend this place. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with an older male employee who was disrespectful and unprofessional. On Thanksgiving, I placed a small order and was assigned order number 273. I chose to eat inside. After I had already received my food and had begun eating it, the employee called out my order number. I raised my hand to indicate that I had already received my order. All of a sudden, he loudly accused me from behind the counter of taking someone else’s food. I was shocked, as I was clearly eating the exact meal I ordered. When I asked how I could be taking someone else’s food, he came out from behind the counter and confronted me, asking if I was eating a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. I informed him that it was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. He then walked away without acknowledging his mistake. I had to ask twice for an apology before he finally muttered “sorry” and returned to work. This behavior was very inappropriate , especially in front of other customers. No customer should be treated this way.
