  The food is fine, but the service is consistently awful The staff move incredibly slow, which is surprising given the location you’d expect quicker service for customers trying to catch a train. If you’re looking for actual fast food, do not come here. Everything seems to be made per order, so you’ll wait 10+ minutes for something as simple as a 4-piece nugget and small fries. What’s even more frustrating is that there usually aren’t many customers. And when there are, it’s just a crowd of people standing around waiting and complaining about how long it’s taking to get their food or even be acknowledged. It often feels like no one wants to stand by the register, and even if they’re in the back, if you see new customers walk in, why not come out and assist? The soda machine rarely works, the setup feels disorganized, and the slow service isn’t a one-time issue it’s a consistent pattern.

  This is the worse Wendy's ever. I paid for two double stacks and I got two cheeseburger. Now nobody answering my calls. I do not recommend this place at all, and my food nuggets was extra cold. I wish I could contact cooperate.

  This is the slowest Wendy’s in the whole city they have all the workers in the back and they act like they are understaffed. Even with a mobile order it will take you 45 mins

  I ordered my food through uber eats as I am sick in the bed. Order was made wrong although I specified what I would like on it as there are certain foods I cannot eat. Now I have to figure it out and possibly wait another hour before I can even take my medicine because of the wrong order and I only received a two dollar credit. I guess this is a lesson to start cooking at home cause even the presentation was trash.
