I had a big order with 3 meals so the guy told me to pull up and wait, when bringing out the food he gives it to me in complete silence. After realizing they didn’t give me one of my frosty’s I assumed they didn’t ring it up so to make things easier I ordered another one and paid. When coming to the window he gives me and annoyed look and asks what I want? Assuming he messed up something in my order. I told him “I just ordered another frosty” and started laughing because how do you not know how to speak to people properly. This is a consistent thing with the employees here. As an employee in the food industry as well, I understand the night shift is difficult but why is it always taken to this extent of attitude and rudeness. At that point as an employee you’re attracting more negativity to the business and proper action should be taken if this is so consistent every time I go here.
